Prices are best determined after a phone call, in order to get the most accurate pricing and to prevent any surprises, we should talk about everything you need and are looking for before we arrive.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I will ask a few details about the project, I will need your address and email to send you a quote with our system. Let me know of any questions, concerns, and scheduling needs 🙂

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are an IICRC certified firm and have trained technicians on every job.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have a love to take things and clean them up and give them another life, paired with the desire to serve others got me started in carpet cleaning 😀

Residential and Commercial clients, property managers and business owners 🙂

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I did a project for my client and they loved my work so much they said I have earned their business for life! It was a 4 hour job.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure to ask if they offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee! Do they vacuum first? Do they include protector? Do they use fluoropolymers? Can they show you the SDS sheet for their protector?

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How many bedrooms? Hallways? Stairs? Are there stains or spots? What kind of stains? Any Odors? When is the last time you had a cleaner? Is there Parking available? What is the primary reason for requesting a carpet cleaning? Is it general cleanliness? Is it those unsightly stains that are bothering you? Or is it an odor issue? The more we know, the better we can help!
