First I ask customer for zip code, name then ask about their project, specifics, reason for cleaning, give them a quote, do an estimate if necessary or ask for photos of the item. Thereafter all that we then discuss an appropriate time for the cleaning, get personal info such as email address phone number and advise them on the payment options.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I did upholstery cleaning while growing up, for my household mainly, it was a bonding exercise with my paps, it became my hobby so I decided to turn my hobby into a profession. I got more training equipped myself with the tools and I have never looked back.

I have worked with both Commercial and residential customers and I can say it has been an experience and a lot has been learned.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I got a lead for carpet cleaning, a 2 story house that had just been renovated. There wasn't any water supply at the house which was challenging at first thought, having to bring enough water for about 8 rooms with a carpet and stare cases. All in all, i managed to have the cleaning done in 4 hours and also to bring enough water for the whole job.
