What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The price is fixed and the customer can calculate it in app. However discounts are applied for regular clients and explained further in the first cleaning. It includes all cleaning supplies and equipments.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When working with a new customer, I priorize to understand what they need. I explain the difference between a standard cleaning and a deep cleaning with a checklist in a free estimate or they can calculate the price and ask questions in the app. It’s their choice.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Cleaning has being a hobby for me since I was a teenager as I always enjoyed to stay in a clean and organized place. Then I started working for a company two years ago and recently I started working for myself.

We have worked with customers that need standard and deep cleaning, move in and out.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would say that even though I’m starting in the app, I have experience and I’ll give you an excellent job done so you’ll enjoy a clean and spotless house hiring my services.

Customers should think that small companies, like mine, are meticulous and attentive to cleaning details. We’re also easier to adapt to schedules and pay attention to the needs of each client.
