What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First we give a free inspection of what the customer wants cleaned. We then give a price for the cleaning. We offer different types of processes depends from the condition of the item. Once the customer decides what process works best for them, we start the cleaning.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I used to work construction but a friend said carpet cleaning was a better job. I got a job at a large carpet cleaning where I worked for over 4 years. I really liked the job and decided to start my own company. As the company grew my family joined the company and now it is a family run company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all types of clients. Most of our clients want their floor or favorite rug cleaned. We have also cleaned the carpeted floors in high rises. The highest was 52 floors. We have many pets owners as clients because we specialize in removing pet stains and odors. We also only use Eco-friendly or green cleaning solutions so many of our clients are environmentally aware about using only safe cleaning products in their home.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently did 2 buildings that were 30 stories each and involved both carpet and tile cleaning. The job had to be rushed because they were due for an inspection. We had to work late hours but the building passed the inspection and the management company was very pleased and now send us cleaning jobs for their other buildings.
