What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Building a trusting relationship. Making sure we completely understand what the client wants done and we go over our expectations as well. In some cases these conversations are on the phone or at the client's residence during the walk through. If all questions has been answered, we email an estimate. if approved, we proceed to scheduling a day and time for the job to be done.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I gained 12 years cleaning experience from my previous employers.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was a cleaner for 12 years at a NYS facility. That is where I gained all my experience.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with all sorts of individuals. Busy parents, property owners, and small business owners, retirees, restaurant owners etc.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of our recent project was cleaning a client's house that was getting ready to go up for sale. He wanted everything done from deep clean, interior/exterior window clean, and carpet clean. It was a 4bedrooms 2½baths property and it took 2 cleaners 3½hrs.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Start by sorting through legitimate companies with experience in the industry and is insured. Along with whoever gives you a positive energy based on profile and phone conversation. Another advice would be to understand the difference between a housekeeper and a house cleaner. Prior to the date of cleaning, you should tidy your home (putting toys, clothes, books, plates, random items laying around areas that you want cleaned) so it can be cleaned properly.
