What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

No hidden costs or extra fees. No bait and switch tactics like most competitors do. All pre-sprays, stain removers, deodorizer and cleaning agents are included at no extra charge. The price quoted will never be higher guaranteed!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like for my customers to really know what is going on. After a thorough inspection, I’ll provide a detailed overview on what I’m about to do and how the job will get done. My number one goal is to make sure that you’re left completely satisfied with the job done!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Over 17 years experience in this industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started when I was young and never stopped since. Unfortunately there’s a lot of bad companies in this industry and I take pride as being one of the few good ones. I strive to achieve excellent results on every project!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently did a big commercial carpet cleaning job which came out really good. It took 2 days to complete the job.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Most of my competitors have old outdated equipment and want to be in and out of your house or business as fast as possible. It’s important to me to get the job done right not fast!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What’s your experience in this industry? Are your cleaning agents family & pet safe? (Unfortunately a lot of companies use cheap toxic chemicals) What is your step by step process for cleaning carpets, area rugs, upholstery, tile/grout, hardwood floors, VCT floors, etc. Are you personally going to do the job or are you sending one of your employees? (Some companies even send out subcontractors so please beware!)
