What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My prices are very reasonable especially for the quality of work you will receive. Also, if you refer someone and their appointment is completed you get a discount on your next clean!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Having a conversation with them to uncover their expectations, special requests, and the overall plan of attack if you will. I also like to ask the customer what they need from me so they can kick their feet up and relax. A customer should be able to relax and leave the hard work to me 😁

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been cleaning friends/relatives houses for years. I also have a fiancée and 15 year old son. Let’s be honest living with two men and keeping the house clean is a full time job in itself!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I truly have a passion for people. Helping people and seeing them happy makes me happy. I also love cleaning! When I am stressed I run the sweeper 😁

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with customers from all walks of life. That is the true beauty of working in the personal services field is meeting new and different people. Every day is something new and exciting!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am fond of all the work we do. Each project introduces us to new environments, new people, and sometimes when we are lucky even new fur babies! Every cleaning presents new challenges and opportunities for growth which we are very lucky to encounter.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

While experience is important it isn’t everything! A good personality and a great heart paired with experience wins every time. When you hire someone who is truly passionate about the service they are offering and who they are offering it to they are prideful about their work and will always give it 100%.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should ask about cleaning frequency if they are looking to be on a rotating schedule, cancellation policies, rates for the services, if you are someone who is eco-friendly ask if they offer products that fit that category.
