How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Merely by accident. When we moved into the Grand Strand. We were looking to change from field of engineering to coastal sun and beach. (crazy move..) "Also We because our business was based on partnership at first". We Started working as waiters and part time vacuum salesperson to keep up with our personal expenses, which eventually led to cleaning. Got intrigued by the Cleaning and Restoration Industry and the science and technical skills behind the business. Saw people's reaction in the difference that we can make. Got higher Institutional training in the services we provided and found out that this industry is a lot bigger than we first realized. Also, it is extremely fascinating.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We have had the pleasure of meeting great people in all facets of life. We have worked with local residents, business owners, property managers, small hotels, large resorts, medical facilities, retirement communities, restaurants, retail stores, government facilities, etc.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We work at a lot of homes and resorts that we are fond off, but the most difficult one that stands out was the recent Hurricane that devastated our Grand Strand. We cleaned and restored numerous properties both residential and commercial. Unfortunately, not all properties that got damaged were covered by insurance. For us to see our local neighbor's gratitude for giving them a helping hand, in s really tough time. It really was something special.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
1. Make sure the technician providing the services is certified. There are a lot of companies out there and unfortunately experience is not always enough to solve some technical problems. Institutional training and understanding the science behind the problem, ensures a successful service. 2. Make sure the staff of the company you're interested in has uniformed technicians. It tells a lot about the quality of the company. 3. Best of all, look into a companies reviews. See what other customers that have received a service from them say about the company.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What type of cleaning service they are providing. If it is steam or dry cleaning and is it the right cleaning process for your materials. Will there be additional charges. What exactly is covered under that service. Will there be a service call charge if you need to reschedule.
