What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We always enjoy welcoming a new costumer to the Magic Touch family! Our consultants make sure to take as much time necessary communicating with a new client clarifying any questions that are presented.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our Technicians are certified and receive extensive training before working on-site. We're always willing to learn new ways to provide excellent service so we always continue to train.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Magic Touch was founded by Curtis Dunford in 2000 with an emphasis on great service and quality work. The new Owner Byron Hall is a Veteran and dedicated to continue the tradition of excellence.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with Residential and Commercial clients.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently completed a water restoration for a long time client. She has been a a valued client for many years and has become a great friend of the family. So glad to be able to restore her to pre-loss conditions!
