What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When working with a new customer, we explain the process and what will happen during the first visit so the customer understands. We provide an overview of what the service entails so they are not confused or surprised. When you schedule with JDL, you will receive appointment confirmations via text message and reminders 1 hour before your scheduled appointment time. We thrive on communication and customer service.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are certified in many different areas of our services and we engage in continuous training throughout the year to stay up to date on what's going on in the industries.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started with residential cleaning and it was an add-on service with a pressure washing appointment. The customer was so happy with the package deal that we decided to continue residential cleaning and incorporate it as one of our services. We've been in the residential and commercial cleaning industry ever since and for over 10 years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We've worked with variety of customers including public libraries, offices, car dealerships, call centers, dermatology clinics, dentist offices, print centers, apartment complexes and residential homes of all sizes.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Our latest project was a commercial cleaning and it included deep cleaning a trampoline park before their grand opening.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We would let them know quality is important to us as well as making sure our customer is happy. We don't haggle our customers and we believe in being fair. Customer should hire someone who they will feel comfortable working with and can easily talk to.

Good questions to ask: Are you certified in this area? How many years of experience do you have in this area? How long will this project take? How many people will this job require? What happens if I am not satisfied with the work?
