• 💰 Discounts available for weekly/biweekly cleanings or bundled services
• 🧾 A 1-time deposit is required to secure your appointment
• 📍 Travel fees may apply outside of the Shreveport/Bossier/Haughton area

2. Quote & Booking – I’ll provide a clear estimate and secure your appointment with a small deposit.
3. Confirmation – You’ll receive a confirmation text with the date, time, and what to expect.
4. We Show Up Ready – I bring all supplies and equipment. You don’t have to lift a finger.
5. Walkthrough & Completion – We do a final walkthrough with you (if you’re available) to make sure everything looks perfect!

Since 2009, I’ve gained over 15 years of real-world experience in professional home cleaning, move-in/move-out preparation, and deep sanitation work. Over the years, I’ve trained in:

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started cleaning professionally in 2009, helping friends, family, and landlords prepare homes for move-ins and rentals. What began as a side hustle quickly turned into something I loved — transforming spaces and making people feel comfortable in their homes.
I saw the demand for reliable, detailed, and honest cleaning services in my community, so I built Brittany’s Specialist Bright Cleaners LLC from the ground up. I’ve been growing ever since, with a strong focus on quality, trust, and customer satisfaction.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One of my favorite recent projects was a move-in deep cleaning for a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home in Haughton, LA. The house had been sitting for a while, so it needed extra care — floors, baseboards, blinds, and a full wipe-down of all surfaces.
The client was on a tight schedule and needed everything done before the movers arrived the next morning. I completed the job in about 5 hours, working efficiently but thoroughly to make sure the home felt brand new again.
They were so happy with the results that they scheduled biweekly cleanings going forward. I love turning first-time jobs into long-term relationship
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always look for someone who’s experienced, consistent, and clear about what’s included in their services. Ask:

• Do they bring their own supplies and equipment?
• Are prices guaranteed upfront?
• How quickly do they respond and follow up?
