I have 12 years experience doing carpet and upholstery cleaning, I will deep clean, deodorize and sanitize your carpet and upholstery for a reasonable rate. When I'm done with your service I want you to feel great and have that peace of mind that you and your family are sitting and walking on clean,, sanitized upholstery and carpet. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

customers should know that I am going to come and give my best, my method of cleaning is beyond anyone else, zi don't come in and just spray hot water, I come in to deep clean your carpet or upholstery

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

when I first get their I am on time usually 15 min early, I greet the customer make them feel at ease, take a look at area needing cleaning and let them know what to expect when I am done.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I was trained by a friend who has 40 years of carpet cleaning experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I use to clean hospital building and small doctors offices with my mom when I was a teenager

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with both commercial and residential customer.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently clean a customer carpet that last month she had it steam clean by truck mount service and I removed stains that they could not get up with just the steam.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

customer service is important so zi encourage you too read all the reviews both good and bad, see if the pro meets your need and is a good fit.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Cleaning is a dirty business, but someone have to do so leave it up to Dream Klean to get the job done.
