Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Everything we price over the phone is based on standard sizing or rooms, stairs, hallways, etc. Once we get to your house we will preform a walkthrough with you before we start and customize the pricing to your specific home.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
When you call in we try to answer any questions you may have. Once you have scheduled an appointment you will get a reminder by email the night before and a text the day of reminding you of the appointment. If for any reason we will be arriving late to your scheduled appointment the technician assigned to your home will personally call let you know.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
IICRC certified(this would be compared to electrician school/training). As well as various online training certifications.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
My wife and I needed a way to pay for college. Now that we are done with school I choose to keep doing it because of the opportunity I get to interact with so many people each day.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We have worked with a lot of different customers. Our ideal customer is one that cares for the cleanliness of their home.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Price often seems to be the first thing people look for. But it should be one of the last. You should ask about the process a company uses. Every company will be a little bit different but if a company cant define a specific process to you that should be a reason for concern. What type of equipment they are going to use.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What is your purpose for getting your floors cleaned? On a scale of 1-10 how dirty is your carpet. Do I want a quality job or am I okay with average?
