This method thoroughly cleans the carpet fibers. We use an all natural solution that is used as a pre-treatment that works like an aggressive chemical without the residue. (No soaps or detergents) Aggressive chemicals with high pH (alkalinity) tend to leave a residue in the carpet and then it will act like a magnet and will ATTRACT the DIRT and therefore you will need to have your carpets cleaned more often, therefore more $$ out of your pocket. We go to outside sources to find this amazing product. IF the truth were to be told most professionals out there use a pH of 10 or higher. We were one of them several years ago.The higher the alkalinity the more problems for your carpet. The difference of a 11 pH and 10 is ten times the difference. The PH of our product measures out between 7.8 and 8.3. This is pretty unheard of and quite rare among cleaners. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing of rooms will depend on the amount of square footage. For example your average Family room is going to be more than your average kids bedroom size. It would be nice to have a good idea on square footage so there is no surprises. We find it to be more accurate and a better experience all together when people call us or leave their phone #. It will save a lot of time for both parties by doing this and therefore time is money so we offer 1 FREE room of carpet protector and an additional discount by calling us or leaving your phone #, thanks.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to do a thorough walkthrough with all of our customers and have the customer point out their trouble spots as well as explain the process during the initial walkthrough.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Have attended multiple classes through Interlink supply in Salt Lake City. Tom, the owner has 23 yrs of exp. and Steve manager/technician 16 yrs of exp.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

II did some cleaning for my cousin who lives out of state. I felt really confident that I could be successful with this type of work. I started my own business in 1996 and have enjoyed pleasing my clients for the last 23 years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all types of customers from fortune 500 companies to the every day consumer.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Cleaned a commercial building that was over 50,000 ft.² end it was very soiled. It took us several days to complete the project with much hard work, but came with a lot of gratification and the employees and owners were very happy

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Carpet cleaning can be a good or bad experience, in order for the experience to be good, make sure not to fall for bait and switch specials and do some research on the company you are looking to hire. There are several companies out there that are cheap in price and in quality. You get what you pay for!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

You always want to think of all areas that need to be cleaned such as halls, stairs, and rooms. It is always a good idea to think of the problems you carpet may have like urine, and or color stains.
