What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I typically offer to do a free estimate either on phone or on site and once its approved by the customer, I'll go ahead to schedule a time that's most convenient for the customer to do the job because my Customers SATISFACTION Is My Priority.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a water damage Restoration, carpet cleaning and repair certified with lots of training and experience working in other bigger companies like Stanley Steemers and Servpro.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started because I have always loved doing things for others and seeing them happy about what I do gives me satisfaction.

I have worked with pretty much all types of customer from the most difficult and peaky ones to the most simple and easygoing customer.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My most recent project was a tile and grout cleaning with color seal in the master bathroom . The look on the Customer's face after the job was completed gave me chills to see how overwhelmed they were of how the cleaning turned out. The tile and grout looked like new.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your research on the provider and make sure they dont just offer affordable pricing but can actually do the job to your satisfaction.
