Introduction

We have been servicing the New York area in the past 15 years. We offer a full variety of halal, Turkish and Mediterranean food. The restaurant is operated by its two owners: a chef and a service manager. Both started from the bottom and made their way up. Daily News called it "Midtown's Most Authentic Turkish Cuisine." Antalia has become very famous in the midtown area. The food is made daily, every morning. Every order gets a special attention making each event as perfect as possible. Since this is the only location, the owners operate their food, their love and all their effort to make Antalia one amazing experience to its clients.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We generate our prices by several facts. Generally our "first" and "often" clients gets better rates. We aim to be competitive and put a lot of effort in to quality in our food.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Getting to know each customers preferences is our major job. As every client is welcome to let us know what they love and least like from their caterers. Paying attention to special requests like allergies and serving style is very important for us.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

As a restaurant manager/operator, I have been in the field for over of 15 years. I was introduced to the restaurant business by family. Started as a flyer boy continued as a busboy, waiter, restaurant manager and here I am now for the last 6 years operation my own restaurant.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We have started catering after a high demand in the New York area.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have been working with a few of the biggest corporations in the Manhattan area such as JP Morgan, D.E. Shaw, Citigroup, IBM, Warburg Pincus, MetLife etc. We have also worked with our local clients in to serving for their weddings, birthday event, baby showers etc.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Making sure to hire professionals who have been in the business for a long time and make sure the food comes out of a kitchen operated by a restaurant. As there have been many news with food being delivered from local houses.
