We are affiliated with Texas Grill Master, our sister company, specializing in BBQ grill cleaning and repair services during the summer months. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our standard gas fireplace & chimney sweep service starts at $159. Any additional parts or repairs are discussed with client.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We educate our clients on their fireplaces best practice, clean & repair accordingly. Per the NFPA residential fireplaces should be inspected and serviced yearly.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We educate our clients on the job sight with how to start, maintain and use their fireplaces safely thru the winter.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started in Dallas, Texas 2009 and have become #1 in Texas. We are expanding our services now to Mississippi, Alabama and Florida.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work yearly with NFL Owners & Players, Presidents, Actors, Musicians and everyone in-between. Everyone needs their fireplace & bbq grills cleaned.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently serviced Dallas Cowboy Owner Jerry Jones 6 gas fireplaces and it took most part of a day to service, inspect and clean.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You get what you pay for. If you go cheap, you get cheap. When dealing with fireplaces inside your home, you want the best trained and most competent. A fire doesn't care who you are......have a real proven pro company handle all your fire needs.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should ask themselves, can I afford not to have my fireplace serviced? In as much, can I afford to have a company who doesn't do this daily work on my fireplace?
