Bricks carries the Chimney Safety Institute of America (CSIA) certification. We specialize in Wood burning fireplaces & stoves, to Gas & Electric fireplaces, as well as general masonry services such as Brick & Stone pointing & installation. Bricks Chimney Services also performs air duct and dryer vent cleaning services and carries the National Air Duct Cleaning Association (NADCA) certification. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer free exterior estimates and estimates for custom masonry projects. We also offer comprehensive chimney sweeps, Level 2 chimney & fireplace inspections, and gas fireplace installation & diagnostics for a fee.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We love to have an initial call with our customers by calling us directly at 855-BRICKS-5 to discuss your project and to see how we can help! From there, we will book a dedicated appointment window (2 hour window) with one of our certified technicians for consultation.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are: -CSIA (Chimney Safety Institute of America) certified -NCSG Members (National Chimney Sweep Guild) -NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaners Association) certified

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our management has over a decade of experience in the field, performing chimney sweeps, inspections per code & standards, fireplace installations, & general masonry repairs, including brick & stone pointing, & stucco.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently refaced a customer's brick wood-burning fireplace with black stain and a new hearth stone slab, whilst converting the fireplace to a Direct Vent gas fireplace. This was about a week project and it came out BEAUTIFULLY! A photo has been uploaded for all to see.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look at company's websites, reviews, and compare pricing. Find a professional who is certified and guarantee's their work - hire a company with a great base of local employees that will still be in operation after the work is completed!

What is your guarantee? Do you have references? Are you certified in the type of work you are performing? Are you licensed & insured?
