What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is different based on the project, material cost and the amount of days that it will take us to complete the project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We first come out for an estimate to see what the customer is looking for in their particular project and we give them some professional ideas/designs that best fits their interests. We then provide a written estimate and if the customer would like to move forward we would just need to collect a deposit to purchase material and get everything ready for the project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I took some construction management courses in college and I worked for a few construction companies and handyman companies over the past 8 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started off working for my cousin 5 years ago and then we decided to open up a family company together.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types of customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently renovated an office in pompano Beach and it took us about 1-2 weeks to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure that they pay a lot of attention to detail whenever giving an estimate and are not just trying to sell you the project but they really want to help you achieve what you are looking for.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

1) What am I really looking to get done? ( it’s always better to have a clear idea of what your looking to get done so the process can be smoother for the customer and the professional) 2) What is my budget? ( there are many customers that are not sure what their budget is when it comes to home renovations/repairs. It always makes it easier for a customer to know how much they’re looking to spend on a project so that way they know which company is legitimate or not. 3) what kind of company am I looking for?
