After we've thoroughly cleaned and inspected the inside of your fireplace, we then check out the condition of the outside of the chimney as part of our 15-point safety inspection. If we find anything wrong while we are on the roof, we will take pictures to show you. We will then go over an estimate with you to determine whether you'd like to proceed with the recommended repairs. Most repairs can be made the same day unless we need to special order some parts.
