What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We typically offer a free estimate appointment, usually the next day if it’s possible. We go to the home, inspect the fireplace, furnace flue in the basement, and the chimney. We take pictures of the areas of concern and show them to the homeowner. We send over the estimate price later that day if materials needs to be ordered, if not we give a price in that moment.
