What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

we try to make sure everything is as easy as possible for them and ensure effective solutions for their Chimney & fireplace.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

NCSG & NFPA coursework completed & renewed every 2 years

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started doing this work in highschool with my father as he was a master chimney sweep & technician growing up.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with a wide ranging demographic in Michigan as Chimneys are in almost every home and venting is so important!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We have excelled in crown demolition & rebuilding them with 2 inch overhangs, custom form and pour with reinforced cement ! they're rock solid as our reputation is !

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure your not just hiring a cleaning tech and that your looking for a guy with experience in total Chimney maintenance as a whole !
