That means we are fully trained to provide a high quality, clean, and honest service to our customers. We perform all types of chimney repairs. This includes masonry and chimney liner installation. At Able Chimney Sweeps, we’re committed to our clients. If we make you a promise, we keep it. Our methods of operation ensure that we leave NO mess in your home—in fact, we guarantee it. Your cleaning and inspection may take up to an hour, but we promise that when we leave, you won’t even know we’d been there. Four-star service is not an option with us. We strive for above-and-beyond service in every manner of business. We only hire above average chimney sweeps with repair experiences, drug and background testing our employees to ensure whoever is in YOUR home is someone we wouldn’t mind in OUR own home. The best part of what we do is the appreciation we receive from a client when they inspect the work that has been done and knowing that they will be safe for the coming season.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Ask if there are any current discounts! Level 1 inspection: includes chimney cleaning and visual inspection. Our Chimney Sweeps use state-of-the-art equipment to clean chimneys of all kinds. While sweeping your system, we ensure that it’s in working order. We look for any problems that could prevent peak performance and recommend what is needed for your system to burn cleanly and safely. Any potential hazards or problems that may be found in your system will be pointed out. Level 2 inspection: Includes recommend this inspection during a change in property ownership, after a chimney fire, or if you have any leakage or other problems with your chimney to determine the exact cause. Also Level 2 Inspection is recommended if the chimney has not been cleaned in a few years. A closed circuit camera system will be used to complete a Level Two Inspection. The camera is used to inspect the condition of the interior of the flue. You will receive a detailed written report with photos outlining any areas of concern.
