What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Since all the projects are different, we provide free estimates for all the possible costumers who need a quote for their project. Military Discount: 10% Elderly Discount: 10%

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Upon receiving the lead, I contact the costumers to set up an appointment so I can inspect and accurately give them a free estimate. If the costumers agrees to proceed with doing the project, we sign the contract and decide for a date that we start and finish the project. When the project is finished the costumer and I inspect the job and sign the end of the contract.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

About a month ago I received a call from a old couple who were having problems with their chimney and a leak that came down to chamber. Upon the inspection and previous experiences I concluded that the only way to permanently solve the problem was to tear down chimney to the grounded and build it back up. Indeed, that turned out to be the right procedure because we were able to stop the leak of and resolve the issue which had not resolved by many previous contractors before.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don’t look for the cheapest price because sometimes a cheap price may mean a temporary solution to a problem. Make sure the contractor can give you detailed explanation of work that needs to be done so that you know what they are doing. Ask for the type of materials they are using. Make sure you get a written contract for everything that needs to be done.
