What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I want my customers to know that I'm fair and transparent. I take time with each client and study their needs before taking the best approach to get them exactly what they need at a low cost. My prices are meant to be realistic and certain discounts or fees may apply where applicable.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I love getting to know my customers! I make time for each individual so I can really understand their needs. I always prefer to meet face to face than over the phone. I come with an open mind and ready to be of service.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've been working in this field for many years. Working at a few different companies, I learned that I needed to start Lady Bird Home Specialist to offer a more personalized service to my clients.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I love working with my hands. I love meeting new people. I love seeing how my services can be of assistance to all my clients. I never say no to an opportunity for growth and life carried me here. Then I knew this is what I should pursue.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One that comes to mind was helping an amazing client that was displaced from his home because his pipe bursted and mold started infesting. He kept receiving outrageous quotes from other companies and then he met me. He could see what I was about and entrusted me with the opportunity to help him return safely to his home. It was the best feeling when his house passed a health and safety inspection and he was able to return home.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Go with your gut. It's important that you do some research before making a decision.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What are your real needs? What is the area called that is in need of service? These two questions can help you be more clear and concise for better service.
