All prices vary depending on each service request. We do have a set pricing list for certain services. Please contact the office for further information and questions?

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After setting the customer's appointment for the desired service request, the customer will be added to our database and receive an email and text confirmation of their appointment. All communications, estimates, photos, and invoices are available for our customers to view in their client portal. This is so that our office can keep track of the entire history of each client, along with the client having access to view all documents and records of services received from our company.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All our team members/technicians hold different credentials based on their areas of expertise. Professional development and continual learning are essential to our company’s success in serving our ever-changing customers’ needs in the home improvement industry. It is crucial that not only our new team members hold credentials in their area of expertise, but our experienced professionals continue developing and honing their skills to accommodate today’s technological advancement.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

The home improvement industry has always been a part of my life because my father was a builder. I began working with him as a child and grew to love it. I could visualize all aspects of a home’s infrastructure and the stages from start to completion before I was an adult. I spent many years in college and grad school studying to become a psychologist when one day I decide to stop with an MBA with a Specialization in Entrepreneurship. After graduation, everything slowly came together and here, I am now! My ultimate goal is to provide the best experience to my customers and quality of workmanship that every time they have a home improvement need, I will be the first one they call!

Here at USA Supreme Services, we have many projects we are fond of! Our company has had the privilege to serve many amazing customers in Houston & surrounding areas, government facilities, the University of Houston, NRG Arena, prominent Hotels, Spas, Restaurants, Retail Stores, and local small businesses just like us!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It is imperative that the customer do their homework & due diligence to protect themself from SCAMMERS. Do not be a victim! There is an oversaturation of companies advertising the same services we offer who opened over Covid, lying about the number of years in business, advertising photos of services that they are not capable of performing, & that they are registered with the State of Texas to operate. Our teams have spent a quarter of our time these past two years cleaning up the disasters of fraudulent contractors. Do not trust reviews on Google and mostly FACEBOOK! Those are paid-for reviews! Be sure to find the right fit and if the price appears to be too good to be true, it probably is!

What is the customer's exact purpose for contacting our company? What is their problem? Is there a problem? Also, do not be afraid to ask any questions pertaining to the issue they are experiencing. We like that our customers receive as much information and understanding of the services we provide. Our goal is to educate our customers on our services, the importance of our services, and how we perform the work.
