What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Flat rate pricing depending on the size of the home, condition, additional add on services, and maintenance cleanings schedule.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We initially perform a free walk through estimate to get an idea of the home, materials, and current state. We then provide a quote based on the condition of the home, size, and requested services. The initial cleaning generally takes longer than maintenance cleanings as we take our time for attention to detail and getting things up to par. We also look at the frequency of maintenance cleanings they would like.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 19 years of experience as a consultant in the corporate world building, maintaining, and growing businesses. Once the time came where I felt I wanted to build something for myself I looked for the top talent in the field from both private and corporate companies.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After working as a consultant in the corporate world for 10 years helping to build and grow businesses I decided it was time to start something of my own. We only work with the highest quality people with housekeeping experience from high end hotels and resorts such as The Ritz Carlton and The Miraval Arizona Resort who also wanted something more.
