No Hidden Fees – All costs are clearly outlined in your proposal. We believe in integrity and don’t believe in surprise charges. Discounts Available – We offer volume discounts for long-term contracts, government clients, and multi-property accounts. Eco-Friendly Options – Green cleaning services are available upon request and may affect pricing slightly due to product costs. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

At Peace & Purity Cleaning Services, our onboarding process is structured, efficient, and built on trust. Initial Consultation – We begin with a discovery call or site walk-through to understand the scope, needs, and expectations. Customized Quote – Based on the visit, we develop a tailored cleaning proposal and service agreement. Scheduling & Onboarding – Once approved, we coordinate a convenient schedule, assign trained staff, and review access, safety, and compliance protocols. Service Delivery & Quality Control – Services begin as scheduled. Our supervisors conduct routine quality checks and communicate regularly with the client to ensure satisfaction. Ongoing Support – We remain flexible and responsive to client needs, adapting services as necessary while maintaining high standards.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our leadership team is composed of professionals with training in OSHA compliance, CDC sanitation standards, and commercial janitorial best practices. As the founder, I am an Air Force Veteran trained in operational protocols, discipline, and quality assurance. I’ve also undergone business and safety training tailored to federal and corporate contracting standards. How did you get started doing this type of work?

Peace & Purity Cleaning Services was born out of a desire to serve with purpose. As a veteran and mother, I saw the opportunity to provide dignified work for second-chance citizens while delivering reliable, high-quality cleaning for organizations that value professionalism. After years of managing government operations and facilities, I transitioned that experience into building a mission-driven cleaning company.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of our recent standout projects involved the full deep cleaning and post-construction prep for a corporate office relocation. The space was over 8,000 sq ft and required HVAC vent sanitation, carpet treatment, and dust mitigation. We completed it within 72 hours, meeting a tight deadline and earning repeat business from the client.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
