What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is an estimate. I prefer to do a 1-1 with the customer and find out what they are looking for in their cleaning. I provide all of the equipment and products. Eco products are available upon request. Feel free to give me a call for more info.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Get to know their needs. Allergies and/or sensitivity to products.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure your not hiring trough a "staff agency" where they just send people to places. There's a lack of deep care from a "worker" vs an owner of a cleaning company.
