What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Customers often request weekly or biweekly service but right after the first cleaning they just change for monthly or bimonthly. Please note that weekly and biweekly cleaning have a great discount which doesn’t apply for once in awhile or monthly cleaning so before writing your project, Make sure that you really will hire the professionals for what you requested.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to personally meet all of my clients at the first time,explain how everything works and of course set basis which will work great for both sides.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I grew up in a house that was cleaned every single day. My mom was very very exigent in terms of cleaning and so since I was a kid I learned how to take care of a house. Also?Before starting my business I worked during one year for a really competent company that taught How American houses must be cleaning . It is kind a different from what I’ve leaned from my mom but still very throughout.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We were hired on Thumbtack 🎉

What types of customers have you worked with?

Huge churches, successful retails, rich entrepreneurs, airbnbs, hotels etc…

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently, We started housekeeping a huge church twice week. I confess that this project is a bit different from all the others but These project make us feel so valuable because in certain way being helping the community!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don’t look to the cheap ones. Instead, look for the most professionals and trusted companies. Maybe they won’t offer the best price but in the end, Safety and quality of work will worth it!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

1-what they are expecting from the professionals? 2- Are you sure that you really need professionals coming for cleaning the often you’ve wrote in your request? 3- for recurring jobs, Is this professional really trustful? Remember, They will be at your house frequently and will be close of the most intimate we have ( Family and house).
