What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We base our prices on number of bathrooms and kitchens mostly. Bedrooms are not as hard and don't take as much time as a bathroom or a kitchen.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like working by the job because we take our time and we won't leave your home or business until everything is done and customers are left happy and satisfied with our service.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started this business as a side job. After time as we were getting experience and started to grow we decided to do it full time, we got a license and hire some more people. We are Shekinah Cleaning Solutions, LLC now, a family owned and operated business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

From homes to offices, factories, spas and beauty salons. We love our customers and always take care of them whatever it takes!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent job we did is a Pet hotel, it got flooded and our furry friends were not happy about it, we cleaned it and disinfected it and were soo happy with the results and our customer was amazed with our quick response and our efficiency. Every job is a challenge, we don't see how it looks, we see how we gonna make it look and feel when done :)

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

To hire a small business because we can provide an excellent and personalized job every time, you will always see the same people at your home or place of work which means they know the expectations and cleaning needs of each and every customer specifically, rather then having to explain on every visit to a new cleaning person about what to do.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

They should ask about how pricing works, how long it takes to do the job and about products used to do the cleaning.
