What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My prices are fair and we charge by the work. There are discounts at certain times of the year,and I am very reasonable and can come to an agreed price with a customer.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I start out by either calling or sending them an email/SMS depending on what the customer has on their profile. I then ask if they’d like me to come over and do a walkthrough of what they want cleaned/done. I find it is better to understand in person and get to know who you are working with, and also provides trust and makes the customer know we are responsible.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 10+ Years of cleaning experience and know a lot about keeping customers happy.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I’ve worked in the cleaning industry for 13 years. Ive worked as a house keeper at a concord hotel. And as a housekeeper at the Cortona park senior living for 10 years.since the start of this year, I have decided to start my own cleaning business for residential areas and put in my experience to work.

My advice is to hire someone who is trusted,responsible,and has great reviews as they are more likely to do a good job.
