What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually talk with the customer and then when we arrive at the house we walk around the house to inspected it and explain to them what is our process to clean the house, if they have a request we talk about it and when we done with the job we call the customer to inspected the house again to make sure they are 100% Satisfied with our work.
