Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
"I'm particularly fond of a recent project where we cleaned a large commercial building with a complex architectural design. The building had a combination of brick, metal, and painted surfaces, and each required a different approach. We had to carefully plan our cleaning process and adjust our techniques to ensure consistent results without causing damage. It was a challenging project that required meticulous attention to detail, but the end result was a stunning transformation that exceeded the client's expectations. The whole project took three days, including some extra time for the more difficult areas."

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Verify Credentials and Experience: Ask for proof of insurance: This protects you from liability if something goes wrong. Look for licensing or certifications: Depending on your location, certain certifications may be required or demonstrate expertise. Check online reviews and testimonials: See what past customers have to say about their experience. Ask for before-and-after photos: This allows you to assess the quality of their work. Inquire about their experience with specific materials: Especially important for soft washing delicate surfaces like stucco or painted siding.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
