How did you get started doing this type of work?

System4 was founded and began operations in May 2004, in Cleveland, Ohio. In 2013, we began to offer facility service management to current & new clients. The effect of this change on our customer base has been very positive. We offer over 20 interior & exterior facility services. We are a “one-contact” solution for multiple services. We provide web-based facility management software. We are a value-based partner in total facility management.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Some providers will provide a quote that appears to be attractive, but can underestimate the scope of the work. Over time, they may struggle to meet your expectations, and may disappoint you with a long term obligation and sub-standard service. At System4, we know that we have to provide value to you every day. We will do a thorough walk-through of your facility and detail the work specifications for the job. We then have the ability to tailor our quote to YOUR exact specifications and YOUR budget. We will then follow up with you on a monthly basis to make sure your needs are being fulfilled.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should make sure that the company they hire has professionally trained staff, pays full payroll taxes, and carries liability and workers comp insurance. Anything less can prove costly if something bad happens in your facility.
