I would go over with client what they can expect of my services and be transparent with pricing along with estimated time of the job.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a certified House Cleaning Technician with IICRC and am currently working on becoming a Custodial technician with ISSA. I have 10 years in the cleaning industry along with supervisory experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started out as a custodian straight out of high school eventually moving up to a Night Time Supervisor for a crew of 5. I eventually transitioned into working more independently.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked in both commercial and residential cleaning.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

How knowledgeable they are of the small details of a job and they convey them. Over time this can have an impact on the appearance of the space.
