What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing varies from job to job. We base our prices off of the size of the areas being cleaned, location, condition, and procedures being used to satisfy your every need.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We always meet with our new potential customers at their property. We always take a walk through to inspect the buildings and find out exactly what they need us to clean. We then create a proposal which explains what we can do to ensure the customers' cleaning needs are met.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have 10+ years of janitorial experience. OMEX requires a Certificate of Completion with their Training and Familiarization course. I, myself, have that certificate displayed in my office.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started out in the janitorial industry as an employee. I liked having the personal customer relationships so much that I decided to start my own janitorial business myself.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with management companies, HOA offices, large business offices, small business owners, and privately owned businesses. I have made created many relationships in various commercial areas.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The customers should know exactly what kind of procedures they need used for janitorial services. Customer service is a major component in this industry and they should always make sure they are receiving only the best.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

They should always think about what exactly they want done, their budget, and always have various options before choosing one specific janitorial business.
