Our pricing may be high compared to other cleaning services and companies. The reason for this is because we offer eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products if our clients are interested. We also offer regular cleaning products it is up to the client to choose what products they would like. We also offer discounts if you re-hire us or recommend us. If you are a first time customer you will also get a one time discount. for any heavy duty cleaning their will be fees but your home will be left looking great and smelling great.

Our typical process when working with a new customer is getting to know what they like and what they don't like also if they have any pets in their home because we know they can be important. We also like to ask them questions. some Examples are " what would you like dusted?" we wouldn't like to ruin any family heirlooms. another example can be " would you like to be in your home while we are getting the job done?" we also have open availability with 24hr-48hr notice. We can also go over what services you are interested in and what cleaning products you would like.

Our workers have learned from the best. They have years of experience some more than other but they all work to get the same results which is getting our clients to smile when seeing their home. we have worked with our workers to teach them how to get the job done but we let them know that we do detailed work and we respect the homes of those we have been trusted to clean. I like to have my workers on the same pages im on. Sometimes you will see me Elena leader and owner of the company working with my workers to get the job done.

I started doing this type of work because I had seen many other people doing it. The main reason I do this work is because I love to clean and when I new that I can turn my passion into I job I fought to learn skills of work and after cleaning with different companies I decided to make a company of my own and show clients and new clients that they can trust that I can clean their home and places of work and leave them smelling amazing.

I have worked with young clients , older clients , friends and family etc. I have worked for past bosses and even some of my husbands bosses. I have worked for constructions sights. I have done commercial cleanings and heavy duty cleanings.

The most recent project or projects I have done were deep cleans and regular cleans mostly deep cleans. My Deep cleans usually take 5-7 hours on a 4bed-4bath home depending on how dirty the home is. The reason why I take long is because I like to detail my work to make it look the best I can. After finishing up I like to double check every single room and place in the home to make sure I didn't miss anything. A home that a recently cleaned was a 2 story home with an added basement and loft it was a pretty big home with original hardwood floors and doors. The home was mostly wood it was a bit dusty and dried out but with a good polish the home was left looking clean, shiny and smelling great the client was amazed after coming back to a home that he did not recognize. I took about 8 hours to get the job done but the clients reaction was what made me most happy because I know he loved the results. I would love to share every job I have done but it would be a lot to read so I leave this recent project to let other clients decide if they would like to experience the same feeling.

The advice I would give someone looking to hire a provider is to check what kind of jobs they do. They can also ask what products they use and if they have different kinds of products. Some important advice is - put personal belongings away - clear any dirty dishes or clothes - secure pets if necessary - decide weather to arm your security ask questions they are always important. I would also advice them give them ahead of notice before cancelling or changing anything. Also make sure you trust who you have hired. Always ask for a list if things getting done in your home so you can double check if you would like that done in your home or not.

some questions are: - How much do you charge? - Who owns the company? - Do you have any references? - Anything I should put away before you arrive? - How will you access my home? - What does my cleaning include? - What products they use ( Many homes have hardwood floors that can get ruined or other things) - Should I Provide cleanings supplies or will you? these are a few questions but their are many more feel free to ask them.
