What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing varies and starts with the size of the property and can fluctuate with the cleaning type needed ranging from a light standard clean to a thorough in depth scrubbing getting the nitty gritty areas. I take into consideration the amount of labor needed, amount of hands needed, and the amount of po product we will need.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, we would discuss the price and terms of the cleaning service requesting. Dates and times for options, we'll set an appointment, verify type of payment method they will be using and exchange contact information. Some projects will require a $50 deposit which will secure your appointment time and be applied to cost of service. Customers should be aware that payment is due upon completion of cleaning, if not received by this time there is a 15% late fee added on to remaining balance.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 10+ years of professional experience in cleaning, and even longer in Customer Service. I am insured and registered with the state. I am happy to gain partberships/relationships with clients each day.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I first started in the cleaning line back in 2009. My mother became ill and I became her care giver. With experience from her in my pocket, I took on more clients entering their home and providing care not specifically for them but for the physical demands of their household chores. My clients at that time were the elderly or disabled and unable to provide for theirselves. I then went on to work independently for a client doing regular home maintenance cleaning for years. Time went on and I was asked from a local property manager at an apartment complex if I wanted to clean full time post renovation to prepare for future occupants. I've had my hand in a few pots and decided to add my own name and business to my work. Proud to now do business as Freshly Finished Cleaning Service LLC

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with realtors/home owners needing a thorough detailed clean to list property on the market. I've also worked with landlords who need assistance with cleaning their property before leasing to new tenants and vice versa- tenants needing help with cleaning their place so they can get their deposit back. I've worked with property management companies who just renovated a unit and need a final interior clean. I've worked with disabled/elderly clients needing a hand when they're unable to complete the cleaning demands theirselves. I've even worked with single moms who just don't have enough time in their busy schedule to come home to another tiring job of tidying up. I've worked with clients who have family members coming into town and just need a good thorough clean for their guests. I've have ongoing partnerships with commercial properties doing weekly maitnence cleanings as well as one time deep cleanings for other businesses. You name it, I've done it and enjoy being the extra hand they need.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am very fond of all my projects to be honest, anything from the smallest to the largest. I take pride in making sure my customers are content. If it takes me longer, then so be it. I want the job done and done right not just for my customers but myself which I hold higher expectations from my team.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It is your property so make sure you are comfortable with the decision you make when hiring a professional to come into your home. Most of the time the least expensive service is not serving the best quality.

Think about the quality you are willing to accept with the amount you're spending, what is the type of cleaning needed, does your property need just a standard or a more thorough deep clean, what is the size of your home, specific dates you want the cleaning complete?
