What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is based on the quality of work we do, great products, our reliability and professionalism. We have thought of everything when it comes to cleaning a home and the customer experience. We are professional from the moment a customer goes onto our website to the call we receive. Our methods of cleaning are very thorough, and each home has its own sanitized equipment and we use a color coded system to clean each room so there is no cross contamination between rooms.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When a customer hires us we will come out early and go over all the wants and needs of the customer. So, the house is cleaned the way the customer wants. Customers can also email all the details of what they want done in their home before the first clean. Customers can also see what is included with each service on our website. AVIVIDCLEAN.COM

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Home cleaning workshops, research, and service industry conventions. Fifteen years of service industry experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We have been in the service industry for over 15 years. We started out doing just pet care, but our customers wanted more services from us so we moved into home cleaning. Our customers feel comfortable and trust our company, and they wanted a mix of services when we came to their home. That is why we added home cleaning to the pet care services 2 years ago.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all types of customers. We are here to make our customers live a less stressful life.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We want out customers to feel good about coming home to a clean house.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

There are a lot of cleaners in the Littleton area, and cheaper is not also the best option. With A Vivid Clean you will be working with a professional company, and you will receive top notch service. We have confirmation emails letting our customers known about their cleanings in advance, emailed bills and receipts, and a online/offline approach to scheduling. Online payment options. We are always available by phone, email, and our website to help our customers.

How many bedrooms and bathrooms do I have? How long has it been since my house has been cleaned? Will I need a deep clean before regular cleanings begin? What areas really need attention in my home? Do I want the same cleaners each time? Is the company/cleaners insured? Do the cleaners clean homes with animals? What type of products do the cleaners use? Do the cleaners use pet friendly/kid friendly, or green products? Do the cleaners use sanitized equipment, are the cleaners detailed orientated, and do the cleaners use different cleaning equipment for each room? (bathroom/kitchen)
