What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We began to ask him frequent questions, such as: the size of the house, the type of cleaning that he needs, any extra information that the client wants that I know, the number of bathrooms and rooms that he wants me to clean, if the house is empty, if you have animals, etc.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have worked for other people in the cleaning business, that allowed us to know what products to use for cleaning, it also allowed us to know a little about each producer and to know that some animals or people may be allergic to some chemicals. We always ask the customer before we start cleaning the place.

We have houses that are being cleaned and it takes us weekly to clean them, the house is big and there is a lot of detail to see. We like it because the client is not at home but we send them photos and videos so that person can approve

They should think about the size of the house and the demands they have for the cleanliness of their home. They also have to know that inflation affects everyone and that if they want to bargain for the service, it affects the person who is going to provide a quality, effective and trustworthy service.
