Our pricing reflects the quality, consistency, and care we put into every single job. We may not be the cheapest option—and we’re okay with that—because we’re not here to cut corners. We’re here to solve problems. When clients share their pain points—whether it’s lack of time, stress, mess, or unreliable past cleaners—we take that personally. It becomes our mission to lift that burden and bring peace back into their space. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our process is simple, personal, and built around trust. When a new customer reaches out, we start with a quick conversation to understand your needs, preferences, and priorities. From there, we either schedule a walkthrough or gather enough details to provide a customized quote. Once we’re aligned, we get your first cleaning scheduled and go over what to expect—down to the little details. We assign a reliable, trained team and stay in communication before, during, and after the service to ensure your complete satisfaction. Our goal is to make it easy, comfortable, and above all—Above All Standards.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Between myself and my team, we bring over 70 years of combined experience in residential, commercial, and post-construction cleaning. Our training comes from real-world, hands-on experience—not just in how to clean, but how to deliver consistency, professionalism, and care in every space we enter. We also focus on internal training that reflects our company values: work hard, make money, tell the truth, be nice, and take extreme ownership. Every team member is taught not just how to clean, but how to represent Above All Standards with pride, integrity, and excellence.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started Above All Standards after going through some major personal challenges—struggles in my marriage, financial pressure, and a long, emotional IVF journey. My wife and I knew we needed a fresh start and a way to build something better for our family. With over 70 years of combined experience in the cleaning industry between us and our extended family, we decided to pour that knowledge into our own business. What began as a way to create stability has turned into a passion for helping others feel peace, pride, and comfort in their spaces. Every home or office we clean is a reminder of how far we’ve come—and the legacy we’re building for our children and future generations to come.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of customers—from busy parents and working professionals to seniors, business owners, and even overwhelmed families in transition. We’ve also partnered with property managers, realtors, and construction companies for move-in/move-out and post-renovation cleans. Some clients need us every week, some once a month, and others just when life gets hectic. What they all have in common is a desire for reliable, high-quality service from a team that truly cares. At Above All Standards, we meet people where they are—and help make life a little easier, one clean at a time.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of the projects I’m most proud of wasn’t about cleaning—it was about community. My wife, Steph and I, spent months planning a free Easter event for local families. We didn’t make a dime from it, but the return came in the form of joy, laughter, and connection. We hosted 8 egg hunts throughout the day, raffled off prize baskets, gave away goodies, and even fed the community. At one point, we were completely mobbed by excited kids—and it was the best kind of chaos. It reminded us why we do what we do: to bring peace, light, and care into people’s lives. That day wasn’t about business—it was about showing up, giving back, and building trust with the community we love.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
