We charge an hourly rate that is determined by frequency of cleans and timing of cleans. The more often you want your facility cleaned, the greater the discount on our price. If you require a night clean, it does have an effect on the hourly rate. Our minimum price is $125 per clean.

First, we will walk the property with you to get a better understanding of what your needs are. We will then put together a cleaning schedule that meets these needs. For the first month of service, an ops manager will be on site multiple times per week to ensure that the cleaning team is acclimating to the cleaning schedule. After that first month, a member of our management team will visit at least twice per month to check in, walk the property with you, and ensure that all your needs are being met.

First, we only hire cleaning technicians who have professional cleaning experience. Once vetted and their background check has been passed, they will join our Head of Cleaning onsite to get "certified" in all of our cleaning techniques. Once, a cleaning technician is certified, they are then permitted to begin working at different locations.

We started this company, because we saw a need for dependable, fairly priced cleaning companies. We feel there is a gap between the big franchises and the sole proprietors, that can only be filled will a local small-business that truly wants to help this community maintain its beauty.

We have worked with a number of different clients: Large condo buildings, dentists offices, medical plazas, and ware houses. The majority of our clients are 55+ communities and office parks.

Recently, we were contracted to clean a brand new 55+ community in South Sarasota. The location is absolutely stunning, and we take great pride in being able to keep the clubhouse and the grounds clean for the residents.

Some may laugh, but don't simply choose the company with the lowest price. Often times, cleaning companies sell you on a lower price because they intend to shave hours off the cleaning time once the contract is signed. This saves them money on labor costs. At Bulldog Cleaning Co, our intention when giving a quote is to give a fair estimate of the how long the job would take to do the "right way". No cutting corners, simply doing what we say we're going to do.

You should always ask about a company's insurance. Ask if the company runs background checks on their employees. Ask if the company is following all current federal and state labor laws. Ask how much they pay their employees. These are all questions that will tell you about the quality of company you are potentially hiring.
