What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We first obtain basic information, perform an estimate, and then work on the job while keeping the customer up to date in every step of the way.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have over 20 years experience and job training skills thru Goodwill Industries.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started doing this as an Building Maintenance Worker working thru the city as an full time maintenance man that does painting, cleaning, electrical and carpentry work.

What types of customers have you worked with?

From doctors, lawyers, automobile dealerships, retail stores, restaurants, and real estate agency.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

"How much is a clean building worth to you" A clean building says alot about your business, it should project the kind of first class image that you deserve. A clean building provides a safe,healthy environment for you, your employees,and your visitors.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

That the contractor they are working with is local and established. Secondly, ask if they are insured and ect.
