Hello. I have been in the cleaning business for over 15 years. I did over 500 homes at McConnell base 300 new duplexes and 200 remodels. My goal is your satisfaction. I love making your home smell and look fresh so when you get home you can just sit down and relax. One of my specialties is hard wood floors. I can bring the shine out in them really well. I do bring my own supplies but have no objections if you have some you prefer instead..I will travel within reason. I have recently moved to Derby and am picking up some good clients here. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I try to keep my prices fair for you and for us. I don't feel I charge too much. I am a very hard worker and make sure you get you monies worth of cleaning. Satisfaction is my goal for you.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to show up a little early and go over your expectations like if you have certain things you would like done besides your basic cleaning. I start up high and work my way down. I am very thorough with my work. Along with I am very pet friendly and love kids so no problem if they are home and around.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have done a lot of residential cleaning along with a lot of commercial cleaning as well.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

A friend of mine was looking for help and I started working with her over 15 years ago.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with A lot of nice people and really had no problems at the jobs I've done.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of my biggest jobs was cleaning at McConnell AFB. That contract lasted 3 years. I cleaned over 500 homes there.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you Let the provider you do hire know exactly what you expect of them.

How long the individuals have been doing cleaning.
