We are a father and Son Power Washing and Soft Washing Company. We leave things sparkling clean like houses, decks, sidewalks, pool sides, fences, even trashcans, commercial buildings and more! We pay attention to detail and like to get to know our clients! We also speak Portuguese! We have equipment to get to hard reach places with extension hoses, special xflex tips and a great trailer set up. We know in New England that mildew, pollen and dirt build up through the seasons- let us help you clean those unsightly areas in an affordable way so you and your family can enjoy your outdoors! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We like to get a visual before giving an exact price! A few photos, video or letting us do a quick drive by will let us know everything we would need to best serve you and your property!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

As a family-owned business, we take time to do it right. We don’t leave until you're happy with the results and We treat your home like it’s our own — no streaks, no damage, no shortcuts. After a phone call and gathering info and maybe a quick stop by to check out the area- we give you a quote. Once you sign the agreement- We give you a few dates to choose from to schedule the service. We finish the majority of our projects in 1-2 days unless otherwise noted. We expect payment same day at the end of our service by cash, Venmo, Zelle or check. Quick and simple!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We’re trained in soft wash systems that use the right chemical mixes and low pressure to safely clean siding, roofs, and more. We know how to adjust PSI and nozzle types for every surface — from concrete to vinyl to wood which prevents damage to your property!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

For years We helped family members open their pools and power washed around their pool areas in exchange for some good summer time swimming! After my son hit 15, we made him powerwash our own home instead of hiring someone to do it and thought- “hey- we could get paid to do this!- maybe we do this together?” My father-in-law agreed to our idea and helped us invest in an amazing powerwash trailer set up and the rest is history- a family, father-son business is born!

What types of customers have you worked with?

Property managers, real estate agents who are listing homes, elderly who can’t physically maintain their property alone any more, busy families, households where fathers are serving overseas, neighbors, Brazilian store owners, you name it!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A poolside in marlboro - a very dark stained surface was bleached and cleaned up in 4 hours- the current owner had no idea what the true color of his cement area was around his pool!! He and his wife had a fantastic reaction and were so excited- it got them motivated to improve the whole area and went and got plants and garden decor to complete the whole pool area!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do they have the right tools? Are they using good cleaning solutions and using soft wash first - this prevents the risk of damaging surfaces because it loosens the dirt and grime easier. Make sure they understand what materials are the surfaces they are going to clean - is your home wood? Vinyl? Brick?

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What material is your home, fence etc.? Are you just trying to clean or remove old paint to repaint or stain? Is there access to water from outside?
