What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive flat-rate pricing based on the size of your space and cleaning requirements, no hidden fees ever. First-time customers receive 15% off their initial cleaning, and we offer monthly service packages at discounted rates. We also offer seasonal promotions throughout the year, so it's worth asking what specials we're currently running.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick phone consultation to understand your specific needs, followed by an in-person walkthrough of your space to provide an accurate quote. Once we agree on services and pricing, we'll schedule your first cleaning at a time that works for you. After the initial service, I personally follow up to ensure everything met your expectations and make any adjustments needed for future cleanings.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My team and I regularly attend industry workshops to stay current on the latest techniques and products. I also have background training in workplace safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals. We're all insured, bonded, and have passed extensive background checks.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My parents have owned a cleaning company for 30 years, so I literally grew up in the business helping them on jobs. I learned all the tricks and techniques directly from them, watching how they transformed spaces and built lasting client relationships.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our commercial clients include small offices, medical facilities, and retail spaces throughout the area. We also regularly serve clients with special requirements like pet-friendly cleaning solutions or accommodation for allergies and sensitivities. Each client brings unique needs, and we pride ourselves on customizing our approach to deliver exactly what they're looking for.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently tackled a post-renovation cleanup for a family whose kitchen remodel had left construction dust on every surface in their home. The project involved deep cleaning everything from light fixtures to baseboards across a 2,800 sq ft house. It took our team of four about seven hours to completely transform the space. The look on the homeowner's face when she walked through her dust-free, sparkling clean home made every minute worth it.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be clear about your expectations and priorities so your cleaner can focus on what matters most to you. Finally, don't automatically go with the cheapest option – quality cleaning requires proper time and attention, and cutting corners often leads to disappointment.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Consider your facility's specific cleaning requirements, including high-traffic areas, specialized surfaces, and any industry compliance standards you need to meet. Think about your preferred cleaning schedule - during business hours, evenings, or weekends - and whether you need daily, weekly, or monthly service.
