Maid Ideal Cleaning Services was first founded in 2011 by my mother Nelida Roldan. She ran the company successfully for many years until 2022 when she passed away after a 2-year long battle with cancer. It is now run by me, Gerson Roldan, my brother Nathan Roldan, and my wife Natalie Camloh. Building off of my mothers strong foundation we strive to continue to provide excellent services to our recurring and future customers! We often receive feedback on our organizational ability and flexibility which we prioritize on the job. We work around each of our clients needs rather than just a list. We don't charge extra for simple things. We are looking to expand and becoming a full home service company. We’ve been in business for over 1o years, are registerd with the state of Maryland and provide residential and commercial services Washington DC and Virginia. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unlike big companies I have no hiding fees also I believe no house is the same could be in size but not in work. Our prices are unique.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I ask a few questions whether the client had a previous company and if it will be one time or recurring service to determine if the first time should be a deep cleaning or not, a good communication it is very important.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

years of experience it's my best training In terms of education 2 yrs of colleague.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started been a babysitter for many years kids grew up then I start to clean up their houses till now then their neighbors who gave references to coworkers therefore most of my clients are in Washingto DC although I have clients in Maryland and Virginia.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

one of my skills is organization, at the moment I am still working on a move in and organization project of a client, im organizing closets, cabinets, bedrooms etc.
