Every job is unique and we will have to come out and take a look at the job prior to quoting you a price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

At G & G Supply Janitorial, we like to take a look at the job prior to giving you an exact quote as every job is unique. We will price you fair and make it a win win for both of us! Cleaning services offered range from light duty cleanings to deep cleanings. Included in basic office cleanings are vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, emptying trash, clean and disinfect bathrooms. We also offer additional specialized cleaning services such as stripping and polishing floors, buffing floors, cleaning interior and exterior of appliances etc. We customize our cleaning services specifically to your unique needs. Dependent upon your desires, office cleanings are available during the day, afternoons or evenings. We will work together on frequency of cleanings whether it is best daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleanings. Our staff is dependable, honest, dedicated and cares for the client's privacy, security, and possessions. Upon request, we offer environmentally friendly products.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Established in 2012, we offer office cleaning, stripping & polishing floors, buffing floors, and carpet cleaning for businesses with office space in the Tri-County Detroit area. We have decades of experience in our industry and have teamed up to accomplish the task that matters most to us and that task is to serve our business clients and exceed our customers highest expectations. We are fully insured and bonded. We have a trained cleaning crew ready to work for you.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our passion for cleaning and making customers happy is number one to us.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types of commercial offices ranging from warehouses to Doctor's offices. Labs that require precise details and specialty cleaners, dance studios, vacant buildings, move outs etc.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Our longest one time clean was a vacant building that took about 3-5 days to complete working 10-12 hours each day.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be sure they are bonded and insured. Go on your gut feeling when you meet them. Do you trust them? Are they easy to work with?

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Frequency of cleanings, when was the last time building was cleaned, why are they changing janitorial companies if it is not new construction building, what is the square footage to be cleaned and any other specific and important information needed for janitorial company to quote the job.
