I provide very competitive rates matched with excellent service.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I'm currently taking on new clients and scheduling cleanings with at least 24hr notice. I provide my own chemicals and come prepared for a multitude of projects.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've got an associate degree in science but enjoy running a business. I graduated from a business school and worked in the office for many years enabling me to learn a wider range of skills that's helped me build a small business of my own. I am looking to go back for further education and career prospects.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I cleaned for an elderly woman throughout my college years. I enjoyed the work and providing a service that benefited the community and my client. I noticed the positive difference it made in her overall well-being that I want to bring to more people's lives.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with clients varying throughout a large spectrum of needs from routine cleaning to level 5 hoarding cases with structural damage. I am able to help with a variety of needs and provide quality products.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I'm currently working diligently to help homes combat the current health crisis and taking on new clients daily.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I recommend laying out expectations clearly. Consider what tasks you know will need to be completed each visit and review that with the cleaner to be sure your both a good match for each other.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Please notify me of any special needs of the home or household health concerns. If there's any sensitivity or chemicals or products I can provide alternatives and I take care to ensure the health of all clients.
