I take pride with the fact that not only do we carry out an exceptional cleaning services but we also practice integrity at work. This trait is very important when carrying out a service in people's properties. This also helped us earn the trust of our customers making them avail of our services on a regular basis. I particularly enjoy the delight that I see on my customers after they see their place clean and in order. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The level of cleaning that's entailed from one place to another is different. With that, our pricing varies.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Establishing trust in any form of business is important so when meeting new customers, what I do first is to get to know their needs better. I make sure to inquire how they'd like to have their houses cleaned. I keep a list of their preferences so when they become a recurring customer, they would not have to go over the to-do's once again.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Experience has always been the best teacher for me. I started out as someone who's conscious about cleanliness in my own place until such time when I worked with a cleaning company. The real time training I've received helps me carry out outstanding results in cleaning people's places

How did you get started doing this type of work?

When I got employed in a Cleaning Company, I was exposed to the intricacies of the business. Because of my desire to help people come home to a clean place after a long day at work, I decided to start my own business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've been doing house cleaning to people of different walks of life - some are strict in terms of getting things cleaned while others leave it up to me to do the job. Despite their differences, they all come up with the same level of satisfaction after they see the results of my work.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When a customer hires a cleaner, they're allowing these professionals into their personal space. With that, it's of high importance that they hire someone with integrity, someone who can value the customer's stuff like it's their own.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should think of hiring the right professional to help clean their homes or business establishments. It's important that they relay what portions or items in their property they want cleaned so when we arrive, we'll be able to clean systematically.
